The Walmart Poet

I met a poet in Walmart the other day…and have to share what he wrote.

The Twelve Letter Word That Starts With r
 
Relationships have nothing to do with time
If two people get along
That is the basis for love
Let us not wait half our lives
To think there is someone better out there
And then have regretful feelings
                  
In  life there are no certainties
And when God is ready
He pushes a button
And poof we are gone
We can’t say wait I haven’t settled down yet
 
Love doesn’t wear a watch
Nor is it governed by a calendar
If two people meet and get along
Not long after
A relationship should begin
So who needs time
